John Francis Quigley, a member of both the Ontario and Quebec Institutes of Chartered Accountants, started the public accounting firm in 1974, operating as, Quigley & Company. With its head office in Perth, the firm was renamed in 2000 to Quigley Kelly, when Daniel J. Kelly joined the practice. In 2006, Quigley Kelly acquired the practice of Robert Wilson, CA in Carleton Place. In 2008, the practice of Douglas G. Legg, CA was acquired in Arnprior. Through internal growth and acquisitions, the firm has grown to four offices and 25 staff members, including six chartered accountants. The principals of the firm Kelly Huibers McNeely Professional Corporation are Dan Kelly, Michelle Huibers and Ben McNeely, all with national chartered accounting firm experience.
