Alley Cats Fitness Centre has recently undergone a transformation and expansion.
State-of-the-art fitness equipment, innovative programs and certified, trained
professionals are here to support members achieve a healthy lifestyle. All of
our classes are multi-level, which means anyone at any fitness level can participate.
Classes include Pilates, step and stretch aerobics, boot camp, cardio/fusion, kick
